The average person only hangs on to their current cell phone for around 18 months, making outright phone purchases increasing obsolete. Startup Grover allows consumers to rent cell phones for as long as they’d like to use them, allowing them to return it when they’re done with it. Founder and CEO Michael Cassau speaks with Anthony Lacavera about how the company is bringing some much needed sustainability to consumer mobile products.
